My dream job would to be work for the front office for the Chicago Bears or White Sox. Marquette is a very special place because right away you feel at home the moment I stepped out of the car and onto the sidewalk I knew instantly that this was it. I knew that I wanted to be a part of more that just the student body, but a family. A lot of the schools I toured were great, but lacked that special atmosphere of blending the two worlds together. However, I wanted to be at a university that was a decent distance from home and located in the city, but still have a traditional campus feel. To be honest, I didn’t really know a lot about Milwaukee or Wisconsin I had always thought that the state was filled with cheese, milk, and those Packers fans. A short five and a half hour drive from the Fort, I figured Marquette’s distance would be ideal. I have known since I was young that I did NOT want to go to college instate, but I didn’t want to be too far from my family as well. One of the more appealing factors of Marquette University was that it was located outside of the state of Indiana.
